The output of my MPC500 seems very low and I have to his the pads really hard to get a decent velocity. What’s going on?
You need to update your MPC500’s OS to version 1.12. This new version of the OS addresses the following:
New Features/Changes
– Added support for up to 32 mute groups
– Added support for up to 128 programs
– Pad On threshold reduced
Bug Fixes:
– Fixes a bug in which WAV file size was misreported under certain conditions
