One of the pads on my Alesis DM10 isn’t triggering. What should I do?
First, connect the pad that isn’t triggering to a different input on the drum module. If your pad won’t trigger when connected to ports that work with other pads, you may have a broken pad and should contact Sweetwater’s Tech Support.
If your pad does work when connected to a different input on the drum module, try adjusting the settings for that trigger using the instructions here.
