My Universal Audio Apollo Twin keeps asking me to update the firmware even though I’ve already done it.
Once the firmware update is complete, you’ll need to power cycle the Apollo Twin in order for it to take. If you don’t reboot the Apollo Twin, the firmware update process doesn’t actually complete and you will be prompted to update again.
Once you power cycle the Apollo Twin, you will see it flash orange for a few seconds. Do NOT turn the power off. This is simply the Apollo Twin finishing the update process.
