My Blackstar ID:15TVP has low volume over USB.
If you’re experiencing low volume over USB from your ID:15TVP, update the firmware. Blackstar has addressed this issue in the latest update.
To perform the update, simply turn your amp on while plugged in to your computer via USB and open the Blackstar INSIDER application. If your amp is out of date, it will notify you and ask if you want to do the update.
Note: if the INSIDER app is already open when you turn your amp on, it will not do a firmware check. You need to turn the amp on first, then launch the INSIDER app.
