My Apogee Symphony I/O won’t complete the firmware update. It hangs at 4%.
This happens when you try to update the firmware on your Apogee Symphony I/O over USB 3.0. Try plugging your Symphony I/O into a powered USB 2.0 hub. This will allow the firmware update to complete.
Please note that the firmware update does take around 5 minutes. When you’re finished updating the firmware, be sure to plug the Symphony I/O directly into your Mac for optimum performance.
