My Microboards Print Factory 2 stopped or isn’t working.
Be sure to check your ink cartridges. If the ink cartridges are not being read correctly by the unit, it disables the robotic functions. This sometimes makes the unit seem like it is broken. Try reseating the ink cartridges if you have recently replaced them and also check if they are installed correctly.
