Mackie D8B and ADAT I/O
Undocumented Mackie Digital 8•Bus “feature”: When you set the input to “ADAT” on the control surface of the Digital 8•Bus, the digital output automatically defaults to “ADAT”. But before the mixer will actually recognize this selection you have to scroll through all 4 of the I/O settings and then return to the “ADAT” setting last. This step is only necessary when selecting your I/O from the control surface of the mixer.
