I have a Long continuos Audio file.I want to Burn it to CD , but I want to insert Track ID’s for different points of the file. I am using Jam. How would I do this?

1.Launch Jam.

2.Determine how many Track ID’s you will need use for the entire Audio File.

3.Lets say you need 10 Track ID’s for 10 different positions within the Audio File.
Click the “Add Track” button and add the Audio File.Click “OK” when done.

4.Now keep adding the SAME Audio File as many times as you need for the amount ofTrack ID’s. Example: If you need 10 Track ID’s , add the SAME Audio File 10 Times!

VERY IMPORTANT!!! MAKE SURE YOU SET THE “PAUSE” TIME TO 00:00:00 FOR EACH TRACK (EXCEPT TRACK 1, THAT NEEDS TO BE SET AT 00:02:00!!!!!!

5.Now you can alter the START and STOP point for each Track. You do this by choosing a track, then click and hold on its current “Length” time (the numbers) , then choose “Sound Data Trim” , and alter the START and STOP time as needed.

6.So…..Track 1 will Start normally but will END wherever you want the next Track ID to Start!
Now Start Track 2 where Track 1 ended!
Example:

Track 1 STARTS at 00:00:00 and will end at 03:41:50.
Track 2 STARTS at 03:41:51 and will end at wherever the Track ID 3 needs to be!

7.Keep doing this until your playlist is completed , and then SAVE! (You don’t want to loose all of this work!)

8.Press the “Write Disc” button and your on your way to a uninterrupted CD complete with Track ID’s!!!
