whenever I try and launch the ASIO driver for the RME card it says “it cannot find… cannot intialize ASIO”
Per Steinberg, when you purchase any of the RME hammerfall cards, they are sent from the factory as a WINDOWS card. There is an EPROM on the card that says “W52”.
Pop that eprom off and replace it with the “M52” eprom and your card should recognize…
