Can I use a keyboard shortcut key to toggle the Timeline Insertion Follows Playback in Digidesign Pro Tools?
You can press the the a…z button just above Bars:Beats and below Spot and grid. This enables one-key keyboard shortcuts and makes the N key toggle this option on and off.
