Is the JL Cooper CS-32 self-powered?
The USB version is self-powered (no additional power supply needed) but the MIDI version, due to the nature of MIDI connections not having power provided, requires a wall-wort power supply, included in the MIDI version.
* Please note the USB version should be either plugged directly into your computer’s USB port or into a powered hub. Un-powered hubs do not supply the necessary power to run the CS-32 USB properly and will not work.
