How do I reset my Keith Mcmillen 12 Step to factory settings?
In order to reset the KMI 12 Step to factory settings, you will need to reflash the firmware. This can be done with the Editor software on your computer. Follow the steps below to reflash your firmware:
- Connect the 12 Step to a computer
- Open the 12 Step Editor
- Open the Hardware menu and select “Update/Reload Firmware”
- When prompted, click UPDATE to begin the firmware update process
- Wait for the update to complete
- If you had any custom presets saved, you will need to resend them to the 12 Step after the reflash, as they will be wiped out
