How do I hard reset or initialize my VS880, VS1680, VS890, VS1880, VSR880, VS2480?
There is no hard reset for any of the VS-series units. The easiest way to return any VS to original factory settings is to simple create a new song.
If you are having hard drive related problems, it is best to backup all data and perform disk “low format”. This erases the entire drive, so make sure everything is backed up. Then you can restore data.
