I’m trying to generate MMC (Midi Machine Control) from my Roland Fantom to start an external sync box but when I set the Fantom on Slave mode, it will not start the external box. What can I do?
The Fantom’s Master/Slave is not clear what it controls, but it seems to control the MMC only, not actual sync. Set the Fantom to Master mode (even though you want it to be a slave – your sync settings page will set it to clock externally) and all should be well.
