My FirefaceUC works fine on my Windows machine, but not on my Apple computer (or visa versa)
The FirefaceUC has an “Apple” mode and a “PC” mode.
To switch between these two modes, disconnect USB from the the FirefaceUC (leaving power on), then double-tap the control knob on the front panel. The display will toggle between “PC” or “AP.”
AP = Apple/Mac mode
PC = PC/Windows mode
