If none of the other solutions work, then the last resort is to complete remove Pro Tools. Start by uninstalling from the Add/Remove Control Panel. Then, reinstall Pro Tools. If the problem happens again, then uninstall a second time, and follow the instructions in Article 31656. Then, reinstall Pro Tools.
