How do I get Emagic Logic to recognize my Roland Studiopack Pro SI-24 mixer control surface?
In Logic, you can go to Options – Control Surfaces – Scan, and it will re-scan for new control surfaces. If it does not find it, try performing a hard reset on the SI-24:
Hard reset: Turn off the SI-24, and hold the status/channel select button above fader 2 while powering on. Give it a few seconds, and then power it off and back on normally.
