My Eleven Rack Expansion won’t update the firmware on my Windows computer, it won’t open or it just crashes.
Internet Explorer 9 has been known to cause issues with the firmware updater. It is recommended to uninstall Internet Explorer 9 before running the update. You can uninstall this from Control Panel> Programs and Features> View Installed Updates. Right click on Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and choose uninstall. You should now be able to update the firmware. When the firmware update is done, you can reinstall Internet Explorer 9 by running Windows Update.
