I’m using a Duende and when I bounce in Pro Tools the sound is crackly and intermittant, but it sounds fine when I just do playback. What can I do?
One solution that we found was to reduce the amount of RTAS processors in Pro Tools.
This customer was running a Power PC Mac with 4 RTAS processors enabled in Pro Tools. Per SSL, Duende is not recomended with 3 or more RTAS processors and reducing down to 2 RTAS processors solved this issue.
