Digital Performer won’t allow me to use the UA-1D (with Sound Manager). An error message keeps appearing that says you have to set the input and output to the same hardware.
Since the UA1D does not show up as an output choice in the SOUND control panel (only input), DP can’t use it through Sound Manager.
The solution is to use the ASIO_SoundManager driver with DP. This is available by email by calling Sweetwater Tech Support or Edirol Tech Support.
