How do I defragment my External FireWire Hard Drive on my G4?
Nortons 6.0 or Later will recognise external firewire hard drives..use Disk Doctor and then Speed Disk to defragment the drive.
This applies to Mac OS 9 or lower only. Norton does not support Mac OS X.
