Why can’t I select SPDIF Coax (RCA) in my EMU 1820 soundcard?
You’ll need to go into the EMU Patchmix DSP, session settings, IO tab, and under PCI card set the optical format to ADAT. This disables optical S/PDIF and defaults the S/PDIF format to be coaxial.
