I cannot open my ProTools User Guides from the Help menu because they are greyed out. I am on a PC
This is a known issue with Pro Tools 7.3/7.3.1 on Windows XP, and should be fixed in a future version.
The docs are installed and can still be accessed from Start > Programs > Digidesign > Documentation
