I was in “Bounce” mode to make some master tracks and then I went back into “Input” mode and all of tracks were not there, I also get no green lights for the tracks.
When you switch back to input mode from bounce mode the BR1180CD assumes that you want to record more tracks so it switches each track to the next empty V-Track. Press the V-Track button and select V-Track 1 for each track, this should solve the problem.
