How does the authorization work if I am a REAKTOR 3 user and download the update to REAKTOR 4?
We recommend that all users order the REAKTOR 4 update CD, which along with the installer includes the entire new Library (31 new instruments) and the REAKTOR Handbook with extensive descriptions of the new instruments. Registered REAKTOR 3 Users can also download the installer for REAKTOR 4 from the NI website (without library and manual). Registered users can request the new REAKTOR 4 serial number from the NI updates page; during installation of the update the installer asks for the dongle. After these two steps the authorization proceeds as described above.
