Audio Modeling Software Activation Instructions
Getting started
In this guide, we will show you how to register, install, and activate your Audio Modeling software for the first time. Follow the sections below to get started.

Register the Audio Modeling virtual instrument
IMPORTANT: The serial number you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer is called an License Key.
The first step in the activation process is to redeem the License Key you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer. To activate the software, you first need to create an account with Audio Modeling. Follow these steps to redeem the License Key.
- Log in to your Audio Modeling account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here.
- Once you’ve logged in, click Register a new product.
- Copy and paste the License Key you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer, and then click Next.
- Go to your email inbox and click the link Audio Modeling sent you to confirm your redemption
- If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
- Go back to the Audio Modeling page and click Done.

Download and install the software
Once your software is authorized, the next thing is to download and install it. Find your software download on your account page, install it, and then launch your favorite DAW.
- Locate your newly activated software on your account page, click the green Download button.
- Go to your Downloads folder and launch the installer.
- PC: Double-click the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Mac: Double-click the .dmg file. In the window that appears, double-click the .pkg file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Activate the software
The last step in the registration process is to activate it. You will need to go to your account and copy the Activation Code, then load the plug-in onto an instrument track in your DAW to activate it. If you see additional prompts, that means your computer is not connected to the internet. If this is the case, follow the Offline activation instructions.
- Go to your account page, click the Key button, then click Copy License Key to Keyboard.
- Load the plug-in onto an instrument track in your DAW.
- When the Product Online Activation prompt appears, paste the license key into the License Key box, then click Activate.
Offline activation
While online activation is the preferred method for activating your software, you can activate it without an internet connection. Follow these steps to activate your plug-in offline.
- Load the plug-in onto an instrument track in your DAW.
- Copy and paste the System ID listed into a text file, transfer it to a USB thumb drive, then connect the thumb drive to a computer that is connected to the internet.
- Log in to your Audio Modeling account, locate your product, then click the Key icon.
- Click the Key box, select Offline Activation, then copy and paste the System ID from the text file on the USB thumb drive.
- Copy the Activation Code provided into a text file, transfer it to the USB thumb drive, then connect it to the offline computer.
- Enter the License Key you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer, the Activation Code located on your account page, the email address you used to create your Audio Modeling account, then click Activate.
