If computer boots and loads into Windows fine and plays back audio from the MIDI synthesizer on the RAP10 fine but cannot playback .wav file audio or aux/ line in audio, there is probably a problem with the DMA channel assignments. The DMA channels control audio playback on the RAP10, unrelated to the MIDI synthesizer. Have the customer try a different DMA channel.
