Yes, with Pro Tools 5.1.1 for Windows 2000. But not with Pro Tools 5.0 for NT, where you need to use one of the following, Adaptec 2940UW PCI card with Bios 1.3x or higher, Adaptec 3940UW PCI card with Bios 1.3x or higher, or the Integrated Adaptec AIC-78xx chipsets with Bios 1.3x or higher. The 1.3 Bios update is included on the Pro Tools CD-ROM.
