True wavetable synthesis, with all the trimmings
In SynthMaster One, true wavetable synthesis opens up fantastic new sound-design possibilities. You can import wave files containing wavetables and use them in your projects. SynthMaster One also ships with a rich wavetable library that you can extend by placing wavetables in the Waveforms folder. Each of the two oscillators features up to 16 unison voices and stereo output. You can even create an epic supersaw patch using the Voices, Voices Mix, Detune Curve, Detune Spread, Pan Spread, Tone Spread, and Phase Spread controls. The two richly analog-sounding zero-delay feedback filters have four filter categories and advanced parameters such as Input Gain, Drive and Acid. But there's more — bi-quad digital filters with a hard limiter/envelope follower across their output. Trust us: you can get into some delightful sonic malfeasance with these!

KV331 Audio calls SynthMaster One semi-modular. Here at Sweetwater, we call it powerful — in that you can patch up anything you can dream up. The architecture is brilliant. For each instance of SynthMaster One, you've got two oscillators and two sub-oscillators, two filters, four ADSR envelopes, and a 16-step arpeggiator/sequencer, plus 11 killer effects that can be inserted into six FX insert slots. You can connect the sub oscillators to the main oscillators in five different modes, giving you the option of using it as a regular sub oscillator, or for amplitude, ring, frequency, or phase modulation.
Powerful 16-step multimode arpeggiator/sequencer
SynthMaster One is equipped with a powerful 16-step multimode arpeggiator/sequencer that lets you create virtually any type of rhythmic pattern you can conjure up. You've got all the classic arp modes: Up, Down, UpDown, DownUp, UpDown2, DownUp2, AsPlayed as well as Sequence, Chord and Arpeggiate. Each of the 16 steps is equipped with its own Velocity, Note Number, Note Length, Slide, and Hold parameters.
