Individually modeled section instruments
The SWAM String Sections library contains everything you’ll need to write fantastic string parts and compositions. Each of the four violins, three violas, three cellos, and three double basses was modeled individually and then brought together as a full section. The resulting sounds are amazingly authentic, with each section playing divisi for a lifelike tone and feel. An extensive range of parameters enables you to tweak each individual instrument to your heart’s content and then bring them all together for string sounds that are truly greater than the sum of their parts.
Extensive customizability
The SWAM String Sections library is one of the most tweakable libraries we’ve seen. Each section features Expressivity, Play Modes, Timbre, Pitch, and Advanced categories. Within these categories, you’ll find adjustments for vibrato depth/rate, bow pressure/position, pitch and micro tunings, sordino, player accuracy, and much more. The SWAM Strings Sections library’s MIDI mapping capabilities are also thorough, and its Preset Manager is a cinch to navigate.
