Everything You Need for Re-amping

Radial's Re-amping Pack is a value-priced bundle that contains a Radial X-Amp and a Radial J-48 packaged inside a hard-plastic, lightweight Zebracase. It's everything an engineer, producer, or musician needs to re-amp.

Radial J48 Active Direct Box

The Radial J48 is a great-sounding active direct box that has been optimized to produce maximum headroom while working within the limited current available from standard 48V phantom power. By employing a unique switching power supply, the Radial J48 is capable of peak transients to nine volts without choking. The result is lower harmonic distortion, half the inter-modulation distortion, and significantly improved dynamics over other DIs.

Features include a -15dB pad, 180-degree polarity reverse, a unique merge function to mix two signals to mono, an 80Hz highpass rumble filter, and ground lift. Like all Radial products, the Radial J48 is built to handle the abuse on the road and features unique welded I-beam construction for years of trouble free performance.

Radial X-Amp Active Re-amplifier

The Radial X-Amp is an active re-amping device that presents the engineer / producer with a new and innovative creative tool that allows a pre-recorded track from a line-level device to drive two guitar amplifiers or effect pedals simultaneously. This opens the door to exploring new musical sounds and spurs on the creative process.

A Great Deal You Can't Beat!

I initialy was going to purchase just the J48 because I needed a solid DI box with a Pad option but I came across this re-amp pack. Let me tell you this bundle is amazing not only do you get a stellar active DI box but I also get to reamp those stellar DI tracks into any amp. To top it all off it comes with an awesome case to tote these babies around. If I lost these I would buy them again. I'd like to add I managed to get this as a demo model and this reaffirmed my trust in sweetwater and demo gear, not a scratch or problem on these! Also, sales support has always been a terrific experience thank you Randy Akins. That guy Rocks!

Wooow!! Love it.

Excellent product. I'm glad I bought this. This an everyday use product in my studio. The guitars sound clear and dynamic.

Essential in any studio big or small

Ive been wasting time over the years actually re-tracking guitars to dial in my sound only to re-track again but wait I missed a note try again- long gone are those days- everything you need in one package. make no mistake this re-amp kit is well built works like a charm and will last for years. The ONLY reason Im giving this a 4 star is out of all the creative minds in the world one would think Radial would combine these two into a nice 1 rack space unit ?? move all the pads and function to the front split the unit to where one side uses phantom and the other side powered via 12v. Instead of having 2 random DI boxes sitting around. If Radial comes out with this exact kit in a rack unit I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
