The Mark Studio 2 plug-in from Overloud gives you six great-sounding Markbass heads, nine cabs, and a packed pedalboard to control it all. Markbass is the Ferrari of bass amps, and now you can enhance your recordings and unleash your creativity with affordable software that delivers all the nuanced tone of these superb amplifiers and cabinets. Overloud recorded each mic/cab combo in a high-end studio with Italy's top engineers. Woofers, tweeters, and, where applicable, bass reflex ports were miked separately; you can select these mics individually and blend them to taste. Ultra Bass frequency control serves up powerfully deep sound with just one mouse click. Mark Studio 2 is packed with terrific factory presets designed by top sound designers and Markbass artists that serve as great starting points for quickly nailing your signature sound.

Six heads, nine cabs, and a pedalboard

The Overloud Mark Studio 2 plug-in includes six top-tier Markbass amp models: TA501, R500, Classic 300, TTE500, Little Mark Tube, and MoMark. Nine cabinets are included: STD 151HR (rear-ported 1x15"), STD 152HR (rear-ported 2x15"), STD 104HR (rear-ported 1x15"), STD 104HF (front-ported 4x10"), STD 106HF (front-ported 6x10"), Classic 108 (sealed 8x10"), Traveler 121H (front-ported 1x12"), New York 804 (front-ported 4x"), and New York 122 (front-ported 2x12"). The fully stocked pedalboard includes Octave, Envelope Filter, Bass Chorus, Distortion, and a Compressor. I played through a Markbass in a music store testing out a bass, and fell in love with it. This really gives you multiple Markbass amps, cabs, and adds a suite of effects pedals. Well worth the investment! Get it while its still on sale.

Sounds the best of the plugins I've tried. Quick note, the knobs like VLE & VPF on the little mark 500 should start at 0% instead of %50. It just takes a second to turn the knobs, though. Then it sounds warm yet clear to me

Played bass for 20 + years and been looking for something to make my tone stand out! Made multiple finical attempts hoping to find something that would allow me to define my sound. This plugin has multiple options and is worth the money if you are a serious recording bassist. Im using in Logic 9 and could not be more happy with its out come.

Before purchasing, If you are using an older operating system on MAC's with Pro Tools this product can NOT be "AUTHORIZED" I have tried for over a month to get this program Authorized and out of "DEMO" Mode. The DEMO mode works fine but it will not authorize. This company is in ITALY so communication turn around is horrible at best. I even got SweetWater's Support on it to no avail. I had my I.T. guy come in on the situation as well. Not working. The online instructions for authorizing off line are worthless!!! The program does NOT show the information to authorize the way the videos explain. The website does not allow you to authorize the way the program explains to (with an alternate drag and drop file) After finally getting a response from OVERLOUD explaining what is happening with the program and their site, they simply wrote back that they "No longer Support that option of Authorization"!!!!!! So they say the only option is to authorize a USB stick. There are no clear instructions on how to make this happen that actually works.
NOW that being said, the programs DEMO mode does work with my operating system and seems to work fine for only 10 mins. BUT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO AUTHORIZE to get it out of DEMO mode!
I had Hi hopes for this program. It really sucks that I wasted $$$ on a program that "works" but can't authorize and get out of the FREE DEMO MODE. I can't get my money back either.
SO BEWARE of OVERLOUD products. Not worth the headache if you have trouble. They shouldn't say that the program works with an older OS if they're website doesn't support proper authorization for them.
In short I do NOT blame Sweetwater support or employees for this problem. I blame OVERLOUD for lack of proper support ethics.
