Stereo USB to XLR Direct Box with Mono Switch

Didn't know I needed this, but..

Didn't realize how much I needed this little jewel until I ran my gig software using sound fonts in place of my midi-to-sound module setup. Talk about fidelity...amazing. Very clean, punchy, full sound with a smooth top end. No noise. I'm still running the module setup but making new song list that contain midis that have been edited to sound best with the fonts. Probably would have never went this route until I started having midi to module issues. At the very least, it provides me with an option in the event my gremlins return to reek havoc.

This is an amazing little unit. Rugged, lightweight, and worth the all the monies you spend on it. Seriously. From the precision volume control to the outputs this is a lifesaver. If you are a DJ you need this. Hook up to your laptop and then right into your speakers. Done. If you work at a church this should be part of your setup. There simply isn't an easier l, cost-effective device for getting the best sound off your PC or Mac to FOH. Mackie even includes a generously long USB cable. I've had mine for over 2 years. It has been stepped on, dropped, even spilled on. It still works like the day I first unboxed it.

I been using this DI box for about a month now and I"m impressed with the way it sounds,I have used other usb DI boxes before and none of them can come close to the sound that this box creates,the 24 bit 96 kHz delivers studio grade sound but be careful the dB output on this interface is strong,you hear every detail of your music.would I buy this interface again?,yes I would,if you want high quality sound this box is for you.
