The Symetrix C20 is a feature-laden smart processor that consolidates network audio, advanced processing, media playback, and system control into a single solution, bridging the gap between IP networks and USB-equipped devices. The C20 offers 64 bidirectional Dante channels for unparalleled AVoIP flexibility and scalability, eight AEC channels for crystal-clear meetings, 32 media playback channels, eight record channels, and eight bidirectional channels of USB-C audio bridging with HID sync. Boasting an open-architecture signal processing engine running at 24-bit/48 kHz, the C20 supports media playback and recording from a USB drive, with playlist support, via a USB-A 2.0 port, while a USB-C 3.2 port and dual 1Gb Ethernet ports ensure robust connectivity. At Sweetwater, we’re pleased that the C20 supports multiple independent Signal Flow Spaces on a single system. Moreover, it offers extensive control options through Symetrix Cognio DesignOps control screens, TC Series touchscreens, W3C Remote, TCP/UDP, a built-in web server for third-party and personal device integration, JSON-RPC external control, and custom Lua scripting. Finally, the C20 meets modern security standards, including encrypted communications, secure boot, secure firmware updates, and hardware locking.
