Billy Duffy fan for life

I was originally so excited about this wah when I heard about it , Billy Duffy has been a hero of mine since I was a little kid so you can imagine my excitement when I got this wah pedal . I"ve been a huge fan of switchless wahs since my first Morley ,the problem is that the switchless part of the Morley is great but the sound is less then stellar . I'm actually shocked more companies don't make all wah's 'switchless' since it makes life so much easier ! The sound of the wah is what I think a little lifeless . You have to toe down a long way before you reach the high end side of the wah and it's not a whole lot of sweep . I want to keep this pedal because I love the look of it but I think the original Buddha bud wah killed this thing as far as sound quality ! Hell the new slash wah is great too ,even the Morley 'maverick' wah is better ! The plus are all the features but even with the ability to adjust the wah w/ the turn of a screwdriver on the inside of the wah the differences are subtle .Maybe this wah will resonate better with someone I'm not sure but for 199.00 i'd buy a used Buddha or slash and take the leftover cash and buy a beer other then the look of the wah I'm not impressed but hey it's all subjective right ? You'll have to decide for yourself ! Billy Duffy , your still one of my guitar heroes !
