Body pack transmitter

Very easy to set up. Non rigid antenna is an improvement over rigid ones that like to break.

Make SHURE you're ready before you click PLACE ORDER!

This is a Two-Sided review. The SURE BLX1 is one of the best purchases I've ever made for my guitar gear collection. But the main reason for this review is to another point. I already had the H11 band set of transmitters (2) and receiver. By mistake I ordered an H10 transmitter along with a case, strap and locks.... About an hour and a half later I decided to double check; and SHURE enough I should have ordered the H11. (DOH!) I called SWEETWATER and the order had already shipped! I knew they were fast on shipping in stock items but WOW! So I talked with David Ashley (Sales Engineer) and explained my mistake. I owned my mistake and gladly volunteered to pay the return shipping. The next day (Christmas Eve) Everything was at my door; even the H11! David sent me and printable return label and Took care of making everything work out smoothly with very little effort having to be made on my part. I've got the H10 boxed up and label attached. All I have to do is drop it off at FEDX.

NOW THATS SERVICE!
