Professional Tone with Rugged EverTune Durability

The Arrow’s enduring design and playability features have made it a go-to for hard rock and heavy metal players alike. This model's onboard Evertune bridge system is your low-hassle solution for in-tune performance even in bad weather and rowdy stage antics. An offset V-shape body, high-visibility pearloid inlays, and an extra thin U-shaped neck give you complete access to all 24 frets with ease; plus, bold sustain is always on deck thanks to a solid all-mahogany body, a 3-piece maple neck, and a Macassar ebony fingerboard. Sweetwater guitarists have found a lot to love in the LTD Arrow-1000's handpicked active pickups, which provide multiple voicing options you can dial in via push-pull volume knob.

EverTune has arrived

The cutting-edge EverTune bridge system supports players and saves them time by nearly eliminating the need to stop and tune. EverTune pays players dividends of time savings through its unique system of springs and levers that lock in each string’s tuning and keep it there –– even through aggressive playing, deep bends, and inclement weather that would normally send you reaching for a tuner.

Rock-ready features

The LTD Arrow-1000 EverTune is designed for serious shredders and high-octane rockers who want a reliable rock tone with a low-hassle playing experience. The ergonomic V-shaped body and ultra-thin neck refuse to get in between you and your notes, no matter where you find yourself on the fingerboard, and the unique placement of the output jack on the upper-horn keeps cables out of your way so you can freely roam the stage.

Handpicked Fishman active pickups

Fishman’s Fluence humbuckers offer wide-ranging tone via active pickups with multiple selectable voicings accessed with the push-pull volume knob. The pairing of a ceramic pickup in the bridge and an alnico in the neck provides maximum tone flexibility and variable outputs in one fast and convenient setup. Tone varieties include thick, aggressive rhythm and smooth leads with rich harmonic depth and smoothness.

ESP LTD Arrow-1000 EverTune Electric Guitar Features:

  • Classic offset Arrow shape with neck-through design gives total access to all 24 frets for maximum playability
  • Solid mahogany body delivers exceptional sustain that’s ripe for soaring solos and lasting epic chords
  • Evertune bridge keeps each string perfectly in tune — even through huge bends, extreme temperatures, and aggressive picking
  • 2 Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker pickups –– ceramic for the bridge and alnico for the neck –– deliver active tone and selectable voicings
  • Striking 3-piece maple neck with pearloid inlays and a Macassar ebony fingerboard for sharp looks and rich rock tone
  • Premium stainless steel frets and Grover tuners designed for durability

Lightweight, sounds and plays amazing!

Amazing lightweight, great sounding, very in-tune, well-balanced shredding guitar may have become my new main guitar (beating some other great ones)! Have had it a couple of weeks and I love it--hard to put down, especially since my back doesn't ache as it does with heavier guitars, and I feel no guilt playing it for hours since the steel frets don't seem to wear out.

Pros: Light weight, about 7.5 pounds; well balanced (no neck dive despite the SG weight class); matte finish on back of neck for smooth fast playing; incredible access to top frets; strings go through nut nearly straight, for less likely snags than a split headstock tuning peg arrangement; Evertune bridge is great and reliable as usual; had it plekked by Sweetwater and tuning is dead on up and down the neck; stainless steel frets mean no wear/leveling/dressing so the tuning should stay great forever, as long as neck wood doesn't warp; steel frets are very smooth for vibrato and bends feeling like butter; I like the volume (pull for single coil) and selector only switches (no tone knob to forget to reset); sustain for days; beveled body edge comfortable for my arm; looks sharp if you like Darth Vader style (I do).

Context: I'm in an internationally touring skatepunk band, Ten Foot Pole, so I play rock/metal/thrash style... singing lead vocals so I love having super stable tuning, even when I grab chords a bit too hard. I gave up my previous brandname guitars when I discovered Evertune bridges and ESP quality, and I love that Sweetwater weighs guitars because backpain makes heavy guitars a dealbreaker for me. My most recent main guitars are an EII Eclipse (made in Japan, lightweight, amazing guitar, Sperzel style tuners, but only 22 nickel frets--fret reach more comfortable than a 24 length but fewer high notes available) and an LTC EC1000ET (a bit heavier, but steel frets, nice sounding JB pickup, was my main rehearsing guitar before I found this lighter awesome Arrow). I have a Viper LTD 1000ET, and love the weight, but it's not ergonomically the best fit for me, has a bit of neck dive, but I'm keeping it for it's different pickup sound and vibe, for recording, since the plek and steel frets make it another forever guitar.
Music background: Ten Foot Pole skate punk band, as well as solo acoustic
