Now Digidesign has announced X-Form, a new time compression/expansion and pitch-shifting AudioSuite plug-in for Pro Tools and Avid DNA systems. According to Digidesign, this plug-in delivers precision time stretching and formant-correct pitch shifting with pro quality results, even at extreme settings! In fact, Digidesign says time compression/expansion can be from 12.5% to 800% of the original, while pitch shifting up to three octaves up or down is possible without significantly compromising audio quality!
