Before sending in your wireless mic for service, try cleaning the battery contacts. This can be done by using the eraser on a pencil to rub off any oxide that may have collected on the contact. Also, make sure that the contact points are not pushed back, making poor connection with the battery… and is the battery REALLY good? We’ve found that these types of mechanical failures account for nearly 75% of all wireless problems!
