Spectrasonics has announced an Intel support solution for their popular Atmosphere and Trilogy virtual instruments. The solution uses a wrapper application that will run the PPC version of those plug-ins in Apple’s “Rosetta” mode. The wrapper will work under OS X Tiger with Live 6, Cubase 4, Logic 8, Pro Tools 7, GarageBand, and Digital Performer 5.
Native Instruments has announced that it has updated Absynth to v4.0.4, Guitar Rig to v3.0.1 and Massive to v1.1.2. Absynth and Massive v1.1.2 changes include Mac OS X 10.5 “Leopard” compatibility and several minor fixes. We have previously noted the changes and enhancements to Guitar Rig v3.0.1, which include:

- Improved bypass function
- Several Live View improvements
