Pro Tools Quick Tip

If you have expired demo versions of plug-ins that keep trying to open when Pro Tools boots up, or you’re booting up without your iLok key for some reason, it can be faster to use the Esc key on the keyboard than to mouse to the Quit button. Of course, if you have expired demo versions of plug-ins, you could also find them in your plug-in folder and either move them to the Unused Plug-Ins folder or delete them by dragging them to the trash or putting them in the recycle bin (depending on your platform).
