Moog has announced the production version of the Moog Guitar, the Model E1. The new model uses the same pickups and electronics as the original award-winning Paul Vo Collector’s Edition and comes with either a fixed bridge or a tremolo bridge. It will be offered in Butterscotch, Candy Red, and Black color options. The E1 is a set-neck design, with an alder body, ebony fretboard, 22-fret neck, two custom Moog pickups and piezo saddle pickups, a Wilkinson tremolo or fixed bridge, and much more! Look for the new model to arrive in early September, 2009.
