Once you’ve created your perfect mix of audio tracks, virtual instruments, and MIDI tracks in Logic Pro, you can export the mix – or even individual tracks (or groups of tracks) – to one of the standard audio file formats like AIFF, WAV, MP3, or AAC. Logic calls this bouncing, which is an old analog term most often used when two or three tracks were bounced to a single track to free up additional tracks for recording on early 4-track and later 8-track reel-to-reel recorders.
To bounce your song or track(s), choose File > Bounce. In the dialog box, you can choose your file format or even burn the song to a CD.
