For those of you out there who are using Cubase, we have great news! Steinberg has released updates to its popular Cubase SX and Cubase SL music production software. Best of all, these updates are available as downloads directly from the Steinberg website, so within a matter of hours, you can be taking advantage of more than 50 new functions and enhancements.
For Cubase SX users, the 3.1 update delivers significant improvements in the area of hardware integration. External instruments and effects supported by Cubase Studio Connections Recall and Audio now behave like virtual instruments and effects plug-ins and can be mixed directly within Cubase SX. Other products can be integrated directly into the VST mixer as External Instruments or FX including full MIDI control and latency compensation. Other features include an “Equal-Power” panner and new customized Mixer key commands.
