Continuing in their tradition of offering lots of processing power for not much money, Cycling ’74 has announced Hipno, a collection of more than 40 effects and instrument plugs for VST, Audio Units, and RTAS formats. The plug-ins use a mix of granular, spectral, and filter/delay processing built around the unique Hipnoscope user interface. A set of processors that use can live video as a control source and a new set of modulator plug-ins are also included. Hipno picks up where Pluggo and Mode leave off, offering new processing capabilities.
