ASIO-MME Test Routines

New ASIO-MME test routines. Cubase 3.6 has new test routines built in to the ASIO Control Panel. These tests are designed to check that the current MME (multi media extension) configuration of the computer will be able to handle the workload, and are automatic. The tests will check all MIDI ports under simulated conditions, which are much closer to the “real world”. Audio IN/OUT is also tested to make sure that both MIDI and audio can be handled correctly by the device(s) in question. These tests are not for devices, which are supported by their own ASIO driver – only the MME system is tested.
