We are happy to report that Clavia has just released version 3.12 of the operating system for the Nord Stage and its accompanying Nord Stage Manager. This release also includes the new mk2 Yamaha grand, which has been in the Revision C units that have begun shipping recently. The old Stage Manager, version 2.xx. is not compatible with the Stage OS 3.12 or the new piano, so users who update their OS must also update the Stage Manager to version 3.12, as well.
The old USB driver for Windows has also been replaced, and the Stage Manager setup will remove the old driver on any Windows XP systems, while Windows Vista users must remove this manually (documentation on how to do this is located in the Nord Stage Manuals area). OS 3.04, which had been shipping in the Rev C Stage units for a few weeks, is also incompatible with Manager versions 2 and 3.12, so all Stage owners need to update to OS 3.12 and get the new Manager, as well.
