Engineer/producer Greg Ladanyi passed away from severe head injuries received in a fall from a stage in Cypress on Friday. Ladanyi’s credits span an incredible body of work, including such artists as Jackson Browne, Don Henley, Toto, Fleetwood Mac, Jeff Healey, The Church, and many, many others. He received many Grammy nominations, and won the award for Best Engineered Recording for Toto’s Toto IV. Ladanyi was also involved in music as a record label executive as president of Maple Jam Music Group/Maple Jam Records. Our condolences to his family and friends.
