Q: “I’m having trouble entering my Digidesign Authorization code. What should I do?”
A: Make certain you’re entering your code correctly. Here are some things to know about Digidesign Authorization Codes:
1. All codes are in the form of 3 sets of 8 characters – DIGIxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx
2. Spaces matter. Exactly one space between each group of eight characters.
3. Case matters. “DIGI” are CAPS; all other alphas are lower case.
4. There are no alphas beyond the letter f. (after the “DIGI” they are all hexadecimal numbers. 0-9 and a-f are the only legal characters)
