If one or more notes are stuck, hitting STOP twice in rapid succession will usually do the trick. This is your basic “Panic Reset.” If notes continue to sound, use the Send Discrete Note Offs key command. Separate Note Off messages are then sent for every note, on all channels of every MIDI port.
